Points of Light award

Today I am very honoured and surprised that my charity work with ‘Teach Us Too’ has been recognised by the Prime Minister for a Points of Light award.

Receiving this award on World Book Day is especially poignant as I strive to be a voice for the voiceless, so that all children are taught to read and write regardless of their educational label.

  4. Hi Jonathan. I’ve just finished reading your book which I bought for myself with Christmas money. (That might sound like I’m a child but I’m 55 with 2 grownup sons, married to a vicar, like your Mummy, and serving Jesus alongside my husband but voluntary, not paid!)
I was blown away by your book and have already told others about it. I saw an advert for it on Eden bookshop website I think, and felt: This is a book that needs to be read. I was right. Thankyou for sharing your story, your beautiful soul and friendship with Jesus, the love for your family and friends you are bursting with, and your joyful determination to help others find their voices too. It’s wonderful. Thankyou. Helen

  6. Excellent job, Jonathan – keep campaigning & let’s hope the PM’s words are followed by action in providing enough highly-trained staff to educate all pupils to a proper level, based on their true abilities.
